Ingredients

  • 150g frozen raspberries
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1-2 teaspoons lime or lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen raspberries, egg white, maple syrup and lime or lemon juice (if using) into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is fully combined.
