Ingredients

  • 1 English muffin per person
  • Tomato sauce
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Italian herbs
  • Garlic granules
  • Ham
  • Grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven 180ºC and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Cut your English muffin in half and lay cut side up on the lined baking tray.
  3. Squeeze tomato and barbecue sauce over each English muffin half and spread out with a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle it with Italian herbs and garlic granules.
  5. Add a small amount of grated cheese.
  6. Top with ham and extra cheese. Sprinkle it with extra Italian herbs and garlic granules.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
