Reindeer Cakes

Ingredients

  • 6 pack mini chocolate sponge rolls
  • 6 Red M&Ms
  • 12 Candy eyes
  • 6 Pretzels
  • 50g milk chocolate melts

Instructions

  1. Place the chocolate melts into a small bowl and put in the microwave for 30 seconds on medium heat. Stir and continue 20 seconds until just melted.
  2. Cut the pretzels in half down the middle using a sharp serrated knife to make the antlers
  3. Gently press the cut end into the top of the sponge roll between the cake and the cream.
  4. Using the melted chocolate as glue, stick on the eyes and red M&Ms as the nose. Allow the melted chocolate to set in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Notes

The pretzels can be fragile when cutting, you may need extras just in case.
