Reindeer Cakes
Ingredients
- 6 pack mini chocolate sponge rolls
- 6 Red M&Ms
- 12 Candy eyes
- 6 Pretzels
- 50g milk chocolate melts
Instructions
- Place the chocolate melts into a small bowl and put in the microwave for 30 seconds on medium heat. Stir and continue 20 seconds until just melted.
- Cut the pretzels in half down the middle using a sharp serrated knife to make the antlers
- Gently press the cut end into the top of the sponge roll between the cake and the cream.
- Using the melted chocolate as glue, stick on the eyes and red M&Ms as the nose. Allow the melted chocolate to set in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Notes
The pretzels can be fragile when cutting, you may need extras just in case.
