Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • Yoghurt (I used coconut, you could use Greek or any yoghurt you have at home)
  • Peanut butter (I found the smooth peanut butter was the best as it was runnier)
  • Fresh berries
  • Granola or crushed nuts

Instructions

  1. Cut the banana in half longways
  2. Spoon yoghurt over the cut sides
  3. Drizzle with peanut butter
  4. Add berries
  5. Sprinkle with granola
  6. Enjoy x

Notes

An alternative is to leave the yoghurt off and top the banana with peanut butter, berries and granola. Either way is delicious.
