Ingredients

  • 250g unsalted butter
  • 3 cups icing mixture
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp thickened cream

Instructions

  1. Using an electric mixer, whip 250g unsalted butter for 3–5 minutes until pale and fluffy.
  2. Gradually sift in 3 cups icing mixture, beating well after each addition.
  3. Mix in 1 tsp vanilla extract for a classic flavor.
  4. For extra silkiness, add 1 tbsp thickened cream (optional).
  5. Beat for another 3 minutes until smooth and airy.
  6. Leave it classic or add your favourite food coloring—perfection every time! 🎉
