Ingredients

  • 1 tub vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tub chocolate ice cream
  • 2 packets Maltesers chocolates

Instructions

  1. Remove the tubs of ice cream from the freezer and let them soften at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Place one packet of Maltesers in a resealable bag and gently crush them using a rolling pin or the smooth side of a meat mallet.
  3. Scoop alternating layers of vanilla and chocolate ice cream into a large container. Sprinkle each layer with a handful of crushed Maltesers and a handful of whole Maltesers.
  4. Repeat the layers until all the ice cream is used, then lightly sprinkle more crushed and whole Maltesers over the top.
  5. Use a butter knife to gently swirl through the ice cream, creating a marbled effect.
  6. Cover and freeze for at least 6–8 hours, or preferably overnight, until fully set.
  7. Serve in a bowl or cone, topped with extra Maltesers for the ultimate treat!
