Ingredients
Serves 1
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- 1-2 tablespoon your favourite yoghurt
- Berries and granola to serve
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a jar and stir to combine. Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
- In the morning add granola and fresh berries if you desire.
