Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Serves 1
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • 1-2 tablespoon your favourite yoghurt
  • Berries and granola to serve

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a jar and stir to combine. Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
  2. In the morning add granola and fresh berries if you desire.

Serves 4

⅓ - ½ cup your favourite yoghurt

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a container and stir to combine. Cover with a lid and place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
  2. In the morning add granola and fresh berries if you desire.
