Ingredients

  • Lamb Cutlets (2-3 per person)
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Rosemary, roughly chopped (optional)
  • Garlic, roughly chopped (optional)

Instructions

Option #1
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180ºC for 2 minutes.
  2. Lightly spritz the lamb cutlets with oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the lamb cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.
Option #2
  1. In a glass dish, combine 1–2 tablespoons of oil, salt, pepper, roughly chopped rosemary, and minced garlic. Stir to mix.
  2. Add the lamb cutlets to the dish and massage the marinade into the meat to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or prepare it the morning of or the night before for best results.
  3. When ready to cook, remove the lamb from the fridge and preheat the air fryer to 180ºC for 2 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated lamb cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through. For extra flavour, brush the remaining marinade over the lamb cutlets when turning them.

Notes

Serve with your roast or steamed vegetables or with a side salad.
