Ingredients

  • Pork Ribs (I used 2 kg for a family of 4)
  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Hickory Barbecue Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the ribs in half and squeeze roughly 2 tablespoons of sauce over each piece. Use your hands to rub the sauce evenly over the meat.
  2. Layer the ribs into the slow cooker. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  3. Preheat your oven to 200ºC and line two baking trays with aluminum foil and baking paper.
  4. Place two pieces of ribs on each tray, squeeze more sauce over the top, and rub it in.
  5. Put the ribs in the oven and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce is nice and sticky.
  6. Serve with your favourite sides like smashed potatoes, potato skins, steamed vegetables, or coleslaw.
