Oven-Baked Tortilla Chips
Spice up your snack game with my Homemade Oven-Baked Tortilla Chips. Forget store-bought chips! Making your own oven-baked tortilla chips is simple, delicious, and totally customizable. There's nothing better than wanting a snack and with very little effort and ready in just minutes! These tortilla chips are perfect for lunchboxes, afternoon snacks, movie night, game night to grazing boards, barbecues and picnics. Serve them with hommus, garlic dip, tzatziki, salsa or your favourite dip.

Homemade Oven-Baked Tortilla Chips
Spice up your snack game with my Homemade Oven-Baked Tortilla Chips. Forget store-bought chips! Making your own oven-baked tortilla chips is simple, delicious, and totally customizable. Perfect for lunchboxes, game night, movie night and anytime in between.
Ingredients
- Flour tortillas (I used street taco size tortillas, but you can use any size you have)
- Cooking spray
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Grated parmesan cheese (or any grated cheese is also fine)
- Dips of choice to serve (hommus, tzatziki, garlic dip, pesto etc)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven 180ºC and line a baking tray.
- Place the garlic granules, Italian herbs and paprika into a small dish and stir together, set aside.
- Place tortillas on a chopping board and cut into wedges.
- Place the wedges onto your lined baking tray and spray with cooking oil.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on the tortilla and follow with a sprinkle of spice blend on top.
- Cook in the oven for 5 minutes. (For larger tortillas, you may need to cook for a few extra minutes)
- Remove from the oven when the cheese has melted and the chips are golden. Allow to cool on the baking tray. Chips will harden once cooled.
- Serve on a platter or charcuterie board with dips of choice.
